Elon Musk has hit back at Keir Starmer saying the UK “just want to suppress free speech” and reposting a fake AI image of the prime minister wearing a bikini.The government has threatened to ban social media site X due to the misuse of its AI tool, Grok, to generate sexualised images of children and women.
Billed as “the highest priority,” superseding “any other instructions” Grok may receive, these rules explicitly prohibit Grok from assisting with queries that “clearly intend to engage” in creating or distributing CSAM or otherwise sexually exploit children.

Grok, the chatbot developed by Elon Musk's company xAI, said it is fixing "lapses in safeguards" after social media users said it was generating sexualized photos of minors.
The move comes after the bot was found to be generating explicit images of women and children, without consent, on Elon Musk's X.
British technology minister Liz Kendall said on Monday she welcomed the media regulator Ofcom's investigation into X over sexualised imagery produced by the Grok AI chatbot
